In a commanding position at 7 Commonwealth Pde, Manly, Montreaux was one of the original prestige apartment blocks on the Manly Harbour front.
02. Development
With spectacular views of Manly Wharf, through the Heads and right around to the Sydney CBD, First Quardrant were tasked to redevelop Montreaux’s 20 apartments and add a new 3-bedroom penthouse.
03. Change
In redeveloping such an iconic heritage building built in 1916, we created a redevelopment design that kept the charm of its original bygone era style, yet incorporated the modern amenities expected by discerning buyers.
