Chris Rose is one of the most respected and experienced prestige residential property developers in Sydney. With over 32 years of experience, Chris is also a licensed builder.
He commenced his career at Mirvac in 1989 as a development manager reporting directly to Mirvac founder, Bob Hamilton.
In 1999 he ventured into the world of private development with Pulpit Point Estate in Hunters Hill in a Joint Venture with NatWest Australia. This luxury waterfront development set sales records and formed the benchmark for Chris’s future endeavours in the luxury segment of the Sydney residential market.
Chris has delivered over $1 billion worth of residential and mixed-use projects across Australia and along the way winning numerous Building Owners and Managers Association and industry awards.
Since 2007 he has set significant new benchmarks in the residential strata living markets of Sydney, particularly in the beach suburbs of Manly, Queenscliff and Mosman.
Adam is a second generation Real Estate professional who discovered his passion for selling off plan developments when working at his father’s Manly based agency.
His 26 years of property experience has included marketing 65 development projects; being Director of one of Ray White’s most successful Sydney offices and attaining ‘Elite performer’ status putting him in the top 1% of Agents across Australasia.
He’s driven to relentlessly attain new Sqm rate development sale records and look for exciting acquisition opportunities every day. Adam has been selling projects for Chris for 25 years and believes the Structure of First Quadrant allows each of the directors to flourish in their area of expertise.
He unwinds by escaping to the open ride on his motorbike with friends and relaxes by enjoying spending time with his family.
